Position: Clinical Research Associate (Crohn's Disease /GI)
Location: Home Based - USA (Mid West Preferred - Anywhere in USA)
My client, a small CRO are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (Crohn's Disease /GI) to join their team. After a successful placement in their Clinical Team, they are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (Crohn's Disease / GI) to be home based in the US working closely on a very niche study.
This a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Research Associate who is passionate about the GI Space and working in Crohn's disease, enjoys a smaller work environment and delivering high quality clinical research. Over 40% of their team have experience within the area and looking to grow further in that space.
The ideal Clinical Research Associate can really develop their skill set across a range of different areas of the business but work where their work will be recognized and appreciated as well as enjoying the GI space.
A major factor for this Client, is that it is on the ever popular smaller CRO side which is the current trend. If you are looking for an opportunity where you want to be for a number of years than just overworked by a large client for 6 -12 months before moving on, then this is the opportunity for you.
Desired Candidate Experience:
- 2+ Years CRA Experience (minimum)
- 1.5+ GI Experience required
- Crohn's Disease Experience Preferred
- Experience as a CRA in start-up, registry studies, new protocol experience and potentially done some investigator initiated sponsor work
- Loves small company environment
- Willing to travel on average between 60-75%
- Great attitude, personality and wanting career progression is key
- Degree (Bachelors required)
