I am currently working with my client who are a consumer healthcare giant, currently undergoing a large transformation programme.
This is the largest transformation that they have ever undertaken and so have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced communications professional to join them on a permanent working basis and oversee the overall OCM framework & journey.
The role itself will primarily be responsible for leading the overall communications & engagement approach for the programme and will also involve:
Developing & implementing the communications plan
Internal communications, to include developing internal bulletins
Change impact & business readiness assessment
Liaising with senior stakeholders; stakeholder analysis & management
To be considered for this role, you will have undergone a large transformation journey and be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of being involved in a large transformation programme.
Other requirements include:
Change management experience gained from a large organisation (ideally a FTSE 100 business)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Internal communications; with the ability to implement communications plans
Experience of rolling out change impact assessment & business readiness plans
