Rewards Manager East Berkshire
An outstanding opportunity at the multinational consumer healthcare organisation.
We are seeking an experienced Rewards Manager to work in collaboration with the wider Reward Team support the design, management and delivery of our global reward programs.
Salary: 45k - 55k + 15% bonus
Acting as the subject matter expert on all matters relating to pay, incentives, share schemes and benefits; providing counsel and guidance to the HRDs, Finance, Payroll teams and Line Managers.
Prepare, review, and / or approve offers for international transfers and local hires.
Managing the annual bonus process for employees in Headquarters, working with HR teams to facilitate timely setting of targets and pay-outs.
Supporting the annual pay review, ensuring roles & responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines & milestones are agreed and achieved.
Ensuring compensation is externally competitive through appropriate benchmarking and market data analysis and aligned with companys compensation philosophy.
Monitoring best practice and identifying opportunities for future development and innovation in reward programmes (incentive plan design, pay levels and mix, career bands, local benefits).
Working with the wider Reward team on special and other ad hoc reward projects as required from time to time
Proven experience as a C&B specialist gained ideally within a FTSE 100 business or large reward consultancy.
Strong reward and benefit design and implementation experience.
Comfortable with leading and implementing projects across multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultancy and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, working in a fast paced environment where ambiguity exists.
Strong ability to analyse and provide insight from internal and external data.
