Our client is a market leader in supporting it's customers to deliver strategic solutions that maximize the market opportunity for their products. This can involve formulating health economic outcomes and pricing strategy, and building and communicating evidence-based value propositions across international healthcare systems.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects that provide solutions to the most cutting-edge market access challenges in the industry. The role will involve working within a team on data synthesis, developing deliverables for clients to include strategic insights and recommendations, therefore your ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and communicate these effectively is essential.
Consultants will project manage a number of strategic and technical projects including managing the day-to-day delivery of projects, and project teams to time, budget and the highest quality.
- Performing quantitative or qualitative analysis
- Designing, structure and deliver presentations that are appropriate to the audience
- Working alongside the Project Lead to develop strategic insights and recommendations for clients
- Report financial project update data accurately to aid business planning
Our client is forward thinking and recognises that candidates from many different backgrounds can bring a whole range of different experiences and insights. However, there are a number of key requirements that you will need to be able to demonstrate.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for talented individuals who have an outstanding academic background who are confident operators at all levels. You should have a post-graduate qualification in a relevant scientific, medical or economic discipline and first-hand experience of one or more of the following:
- Market access strategy
- Pricing and reimbursement
- Health economics
- Statistical analysis (experience of using STATA and/or SAS)
- Analysis and interpretation of clinical trials
You should have demonstrable experience of building evidence-based value propositions across different healthcare systems and making submissions to P&R and HTA agencies and have a strong understanding of how to define, create and communicate product value. You will have strong teamwork and leadership skills, with a first-rate work ethic and commitment to delivering timely, high-quality work. Your communication skills should be exceptional, both verbal and written, and you will have the ability to interpret data from a variety of sources, generating insights for clients.
You will have excellent commercial, analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with a well-developed commercial outlook and good customer focus. You should be a first-class project manager and be comfortable using Excel, working with complex multi-sheet spreadsheets, and QC data. A knowledge and understanding of the dynamic P&R environment is essential.
