The Patient Access Services (PAS) Value Communication team provides an innovative service to help Market Access/Patient Access teams communicate value to payers (Regional, National & Local/Hospitals) in a user-friendly, interactive manner. In a context where market access teams are under increasing pressure to demonstrate the value of new and existing medicines, there is a clear need for this new digital service.

Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Understand and present economic data in a creative and user-friendly manner.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive customer interaction and communication.
• Work as part of the HE&OR GBS Value Communication Team to deliver on time high quality communication tools.
• Identifying value messaging, extract key points from complex documents, understand local payer discussions/ environment, linking key messages to scientific background and material.
• Work closely with internal customers as required, to support needs for HE modeling and assessments that can support brand value evaluation
• Professionally manage communications with internal customers
• Collaborate with functional heads and team leads in driving quality and accuracy of deliverables; constantly work on improving systems, processes and quality matrices that add value to the existing solutions and offerings.
• Establish quality standards and ensure most innovative methods used for the development of cost-effectiveness models and budget impact models (whether built internally or with external experts)

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• A university degree in HEOR or a related discipline.
• Graduate degree (Masters) in a relevant science/pharmacy/IT/quantitative fields.
• Education in health economics, epidemiology, health services res
• English fluent
• Familiarity with economic modelling and excellent computer skills including modeling software (e.g. Excel with VBA experience).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of health care reimbursement and HTA review processes.
• More than one-year experience on value communication tools is considered a plus.
• Organizational, planning, resource and project management skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities
• Visualisation and UI/UX capabilities an advantage but essential.
