QA Operations Officer

Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Operations Officer to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. You will play a crucial part in maintaining high-quality operations and supporting various improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in the production of investigational medicinal products.
• Conduct compliance checks and provide guidance for improvements.
• Support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Participate in risk assessments and internal audits.
• Share relevant quality metrics and support equipment validation.
• Act as a liaison between operations and batch release teams.
• Manage your workload effectively to meet customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety practices.
• Stay updated on industry practices and participate in performance reviews.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in using computer software like Word and Excel.
• Capable of writing detailed reports and working collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with electronic quality management systems (eQMS).
• Relevant science degree and strong technical knowledge.
