HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ

Proclinical is working alongside a pharmaceutical company seeking an HR Coordinator to join their growing team in Plainsboro, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth onboarding processes. We are looking for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Service Now or similar ticketing systems
• Strong attention to detail for conducting audits
• Ability to manage and organize onboarding documents effectively
• Excellent communication skills to assist with hiring communications

The HR Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

• Manage and upload tickets in Service Now
• Conduct audits for external and internal hire paperwork
• Retrieve and organize onboarding documents to support hiring processes
• Assist with final communications from our ATS during large hiring periods
