- Foster long-term relationships with recruitment agencies and potential candidates, enhancing the company's ability to attract and retain top-tier talent.

- Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in recruitment for IT profiles.

- Demonstrate proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with AI technologies to streamline the recruitment process.

- Showcase strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to conduct effective interviews, and knowledge of French is a plus.
