Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Optimize and scale up processes in organic and polymer chemistry, contributing to the company's goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
  • Validate processes through meticulous data analysis and statistical reporting while adhering to a comprehensive Quality System.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, driving projects forward while demonstrating leadership within a technical team renowned for market-leading quality and innovation.
Your Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A University Degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or a related field, with hands-on laboratory experience in process optimization and technology deployment.
  • Expertise in data analysis and statistical tools relevant to organic and polymer chemistry, excelling in a data-driven role.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with prior experience in the Chemical Process industry being highly advantageous.
