Who are you ?
  • If you are seeking part time and flexible work in administration one of these roles maybe for you.
  • You may be looking for hours of 9-3 or 9-5.
  • Part time and full-time opportunities available.
  • You may be studying science or university part time and seeking employment in the sector.
What experience do you bring?
  • Experience in administration duties essential.
  • Ability to pick up the phone and talk with stakeholders.
  • Governance and board paper preparation an advantage.
  • Quality Management System experience.
  • Typing, filing, excel, outlook, word and 365 SharePoint.

The role
  • Up to 4 days a week ideal.
  • 4+ hours a day with flexibility in hours.
  • Administration, emails, PDF, office 365, invoicing or Xero an advantage, minor banking.
  • Cleaning up documents, formatting documents, arranging appointments, arranging flights and accommodation.
  • Administration task in relation to team management, policies and reviews.
  • Meeting room preparation.
  • PowerPoint presentation formatting.
  • Board paper preparation an advantage - governance experience.
  • ad hoc additional tasks.
