Hobson Prior is working alongside a pharmaceutical company seeking a Facilities Assistant for a contract role in Sweden. This position focuses on supporting laboratory operations through practical and administrative tasks. You will work full-time with flexible hours and be part of a dedicated team ensuring smooth lab operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders and inventory.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support lab operations.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and laboratories.
  • Work towards improving processes and efficiency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Upper secondary education.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Experience with order and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and SAP.
  • Ability to work efficiently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
