CMC Scientist – Analytical Chemist

Hobson Prior is working with a pharmaceutical company to search for an experienced and dedicated CMC Scientist to focus on Analytical Chemistry. This position's focal point is on early product creation and manufacturing, particularly in the analytical characterization of drug products.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a lab setting to support drug product development.
• Document experiments accurately and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to clinical trial applications.
• Apply your analytical skills to various projects.
• Help advance drug product development to bring new medicines to patients.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge and experience in analytical science, particularly chromatography.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development, especially oral solid dosage forms.
• Familiarity with CMC regulatory submissions and GMP standards.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques like mass spectrometry and NMR.
• Interest in automation, AI, and digitalization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
