Job Details

Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated professional to support dental professionals in ensuring the best possible oral health care and quality of life.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage local business operations.
  • Plan and execute strategies for technology, product, and market development to meet profit and revenue goals.
  • Lead and coordinate Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Set annual objectives and prepare business plans.
  • Implement effective sales and lead tracking processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and dental opinion leaders.
  • Develop and implement customer care best practices.
  • Manage and support local staff to ensure high performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the dental or medical devices market.
  • Strong business management skills.
  • Financial knowledge, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
