Territory Sales Manager - Diabetes/Insulin MGMT - North West England

  • Innovative product - Diabetes Insulin Management
  • Autonomous role

Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with a niche product portfolio. They have started to develop a foothold in the UK diabetes (Insulin) market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.

The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to work covering their high potential North West England territory.

In this role you will identify and develop key decision makers across the broad NHS economy (diabetes clinical leads & DSN's) and favourably position their innovative & niche product to achieve your sales objectives.

As this will be a very autonomous role, you will need to have strong negotiation and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication capabilities. As you will be working closely with the NHS you will need a clear understanding of the local NHS dynamics across the territory, relating to Diabetes management and its drivers. The role would suit a driven and determined individual with a strong track record of commercial sales success across this territory in a relevant market.

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • 3-5 years of Diabetes/insulin device/CGM industry experience (ideal)
  • Strong understanding of the NHS structure
  • Good contacts within the industry across the territory and track record in NHS sales account management

In return you can expect an excellent financial package, with a generous commission scheme and also have the chance to represent a dynamic & agile business with an innovative service offering.
