Job Details

Title: Senior Accountant.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000.

Location: US (Remote).

 

The team and I here at Albion Rye Associates are currently partnered with an innovative market research consultancy with expertise within the healthcare space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing online accounting platform (bookkeeping, banking/treasury functions, accounts payable, client billing, account reconciliations etc).
  • Oversee financial operations on a day to day basis.
  • Coordinate 3rd party providers for billing process (administration, benefits, AP, payroll etc).
  • Create reports (commission, management, financial).
  • Work across cross-functional teams including sales and PM’s.
  • Ensure that financial policies are being implemented.

 

 

Requirements:

  • BA degree. MBA ideal.
  • 5 years minimum of operational accounting experience.
  • Experience using QuickBooks required, Sage & NetSuite preferred.
  • Knowledge and expertise of SaaS business models.
  • Accounting or finance background strongly preferred.
