Clinical Operations Coordinator

A Client of NonStop Consulting AG is looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract in Allschwil, Switzerland. This is a full-time role with a competitive hourly rate, and we are seeking candidates available to start immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the clinical operations team in all phases of clinical trial management, from initiation to closure.
• Oversee the creation, review, and organization of trial-related documents and ensure they are up to standard.
• Manage the logistics of study-related supplies, including tracking, ordering, and inventory control.
• Coordinate site contracts and work with legal teams to secure insurance certificates.
• Ensure up-to-date trial data is maintained in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and handle document storage and filing within electronic systems.
• Plan and facilitate team meetings and provide administrative support to the clinical teams, including managing contracts, vendor coordination, and processing invoices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to problem-solve and work independently, as well as in collaboration with a team.
• Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).
