Proclinical is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join a dedicated Neurology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on seeking new solutions and driving change. The successful candidate will be part of a patient-oriented, collaborative environment where your professional development and career growth are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Differentiate products and optimize patient care with a strong, targeted value proposition.
  • Utilize business analytics, planning skills, and strategic thinking to prioritize opportunities.
  • Employ excellent questioning and listening skills to understand current services and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage stakeholders to develop advocates for patient management and pathway changes.
  • Lead internal and external stakeholders to drive matrix working and align priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers/accounts by providing value solutions and leveraging insights.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to initiate new users and optimize current usage.
  • Access customers through face-to-face and virtual contact, utilizing available technologies and channels.
  • Promote digital materials to ensure broad and continuous access and reach to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop deep specialist product and disease state knowledge to support clinical discussions.
  • Work proactively with the cross-functional team to act swiftly on account developments.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a drive to succeed.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and codes of practice.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Relevant scientific degree or equivalent is a necessity.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines.
