Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

A leading, independent healthcare marketing agency based in the UK have partnered with Albion Rye Associates to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join the agency. As an agency, they partner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the UK and Europe to complete all their integrated marketing needs.

As Senior Account Manager you would be responsible for creating strategic marketing plans before implementing and driving them to ensure successful project delivery for their clients. While also supporting other functions of the business with the delivery of their projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Managers and account executives through projects, being the day-to-day line manager for them
• Senior POC for clients, leading status meetings and taking the briefs to relay back to the content creation teams, ensuring clients' briefs are met
• Review content before sending the content over to the client
• Create integrated marketing strategies that are in line with the needs and objectives of the client by applying an in-depth understanding of marketing tactics

Experience

• 4-5 years' experience working within an integrated B2B marketing agency
• Experience working with global clients with particular expertise within Europe and the US
• Experience working across multiple channels including: content marketing, social media, email campaigns, media relations, and account-based marketing is essential
• Previous management experience with a proven track record of success
• Healthcare/scientific background is essential
