Join our new immunology sales team in Italy! As a Sales Specialist, you will be tasked with helping us reach our Immunology sales targets. You will also help us do this whislt upholding Regeneron's commitment to prioritizing patient care. We're seeking multifaceted candidates with outstanding business insight, proficient resource management skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate and sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking abilities and time management skills to optimize customer engagement, delivering customized solutions and value to each target.

Job duties:
- Achieve brand sales objectives through management of territory budget / expenses.
- Develop and implement territory business plan based on market insights and incorporate marketing brand plans to ensure consistency. Ensure timely updates to the plan in response to changing market dynamics.
- Use key data sources to strategically develop territory action plan.
- Perform all required administrative duties, including expense reports, marketing and field insight reports, and call reporting.
- Work within the Regeneron regulatory and legal compliance guidelines
- Attend local, regional and national meetings as directed.
- Works collaboratively with our alliance partners to deliver overall objectives.
Requirements:
- Possess superior customer engagement skills, with a focus on delivering value.
- Possess excellent technical competence and the ability to conduct disease/concept selling.
- Demonstrate superb written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
- Ability to work independently to complete strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
- Be computer literate including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, databases and e-mail software.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum five (5) years sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry at hospital level.
- Previous experience in biologic market highly desirable
- Respiratory and/or gastroenterology experience a plus
