We are currently seeking a Scientific Affairs Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Scientific Affairs Specialist I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing scientific support for clinical trials, including designing protocols, analyzing clinical data, and contributing to regulatory submissions.

We are currently seeking a Scientific Affairs Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Scientific Affairs Specialist I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing scientific support for clinical trials, including designing protocols, analyzing clinical data, and contributing to regulatory submissions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and review clinical trial protocols
- Analyzing clinical data to support decision-making and ensure trial integrity
- Providing scientific expertise to interpret study results and contribute to clinical trial reports
- Contributing to regulatory submissions by preparing scientific documents and responding to inquiries
- Keeping abreast of scientific literature and industry developments to inform study design and strategy
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
