Job Details
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and proficient HR Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR Harmonization project, particularly the implementation of several Workday modules. This role requires a fluent German speaker who can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the HR Harmonization project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as a coordinating interface between the HR process owners, internal IT, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the successful transition from the project phase to the operational phase.
- Support organizational change management to ensure the successful introduction of new solutions across all employee levels.
- Prepare meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CPO.
- Harmonize and simplify HR processes.
- Support offline compensation process.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional experience in a project management role or similar, with some experience in HR.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Digital literacy and curiosity to try out new tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, solution-oriented and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
