Senior Consultant, Health Economics Modelling

Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Senior Consultant of Health Economics Modelling. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of the company. The successful candidate will have the chance to run projects and oversee teams, driving positive change and outcomes. The client we are working with value autonomy and flexibility, offering a hybrid working policy with two days in the office and the rest of the week as per the successful candidates preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and teams with a high level of independence.
• Contribute to or write proposals as well as plan and manage projects.
• Lead and support Consultant and Analyst team members.
• Conduct technical analysis and critical thinking.
• Lead model design and build, data analysis and preparing outputs.
• Conduct statistical analysis, create surveys and analyse results.
• Participate in qualitative research, writing, data identification, user testing, audits, and more.

Requirements:

• A PhD or MSc and/or relevant working experience in a related field.
• Proven consulting skills and experience, including commercial awareness.
• Experience in delivering and communicating research within commercial realities.
• Ability to maintain client engagement throughout projects.
• Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge of a wide range of approaches.
• Active involvement in the sales process and client base growth.
