Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Handles in AP (Cheque preparation and record transactions in ERP)
• FS schedule preparation
• Handles SSS benefits (maternity & sickness notification/filing)
• Check completeness of CV and JV files
• Filing of documents
• BDO credit card reconciliation
• Responsible for preparation of pcf replenishment summary monthly
• Responsible to update BDO passbooks
• Monitoring of fund on hand against cheque issuance

Requirements:

Education: BS Accountancy Graduate
Years of relevant experience: 3-4 years in General Accounting Field
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
