Job Details

Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual to manage healthcare projects. This role involves working with various teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing project details, and contributing to the company's growth. This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on adding value to accounts and driving cost savings and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Manage stock for clients, including reordering and monitoring expiry dates.
  • Record and report essential information for informed decision-making.
  • Manage various projects, from bulk distribution to transactional distribution.
  • Develop positive relationships internally and externally to optimize service levels.
  • Respond to customer requests and ensure service levels and KPI's are met.
  • Monitor daily production to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Close and invoice jobs promptly upon completion.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality of service.
  • Support change management for new projects.
  • Understand and safeguard clients' brand guidelines.
