Job Details
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of European HR Planning, Reporting and Controlling Expert. The successful candidate will manage HR controlling operations, support HR projects, and optimise HR planning and reporting. This role requires a strong affinity for data-driven insights and a continuous learning attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR controlling operations and reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports, headcount planning and regular reporting.
- Identify and execute optimisation activities for HR planning and reporting.
- Support projects in HR controlling, reporting, workforce analytics and data governance.
- Perform and maintain semi-automated tasks for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage routine controlling tasks such as commitments cleanup, report generation, and invoice handling.
- Support with routine monthly close activities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or Business Administration with an IT focus, or a strong track record in Controlling and implementation of relevant tools and measures.
- Experience in a business, IT consulting or auditing company.
- Expertise with HR solutions and modern reporting tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication skills with a hands-on and service mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a European group of companies.
- Familiarity with HR Cloud solutions like SuccessFactors is preferred.
- VBA and Power Query knowledge is preferred.
- Business-fluent English; German language skills are desirable.
