**Customer Service Support Officer - Career Development Opportunity - Brussels**

A leading medical device company based in Brussels has an exciting opening for a Customer Service Support Officer. Join a dynamic team working on a project until the end of December 2024, with the possibility of extension, at one of the biggest medical device companies in the world. This role offers a diverse and challenging experience, combining solid business-critical responsibilities with exciting opportunities for growth.

**The Role:**
- Responsible for End-of-Service communication to customers.
- Perform billing activities/corrections through ServiceMax and SAP.
- Support and play a role in the Remote Service incident process.
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written, are essential, with additional languages as a bonus.
- Hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 office days a week.
- You'll be in contact with team members, Trade Partners, and Customers globally (excluding North America and Japan).

**Requirements:**
We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with ServiceMax and SAP is preferred, but not essential. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
