Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute advanced research and engineering projects in protein design using structural bioinformatics and machine learning.
  • Perform rigorous data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover biological data patterns and biases.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, and clearly communicate results both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's, PhD) or equivalent experience in Structural Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, or related fields, with a solid background in biochemistry or biophysics (structure-function relationships of proteins)
  • Proficiency in software engineering (Python, Docker, Linux, Git).
  • Structure prediction tools, Protein LLMs, Modeling techniques, Protein Folding and visualisation tools.

You must be able to work without sponsorship in Paris, 2 days a week for this role.
