The Sr. Analyst, Cybersecurity Training and Awareness professional will build, maintain, and manage cyber awareness and policy training to the Fortrea population. This individual will also support the development and ongoing management of FCS policies, standards, and procedures. This position will also have the opportunity to cross train and support 3rd Party supplier contract reviews, audit response and to assist with coordination of resiliency testing and reporting of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Establish the cybersecurity training and education program focused on general awareness, targeted populations, and managing monthly phishing campaign.
  • Partner with internal communications teams on formal campaigns and ad-hoc communications.
  • Be innovative in the approach to communicating cyber security awareness, i ncluding using creative ways to engage audiences across the enterprise through various training mechanisms.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of the cybersecurity awareness program.
  • Ensure the security awareness program is in alignment with all applicable regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with learning and development teams and technical SMEs to identify areas of risk and develop targeted and role-based information security training, education, and awareness activities.
  • Develop training materials that may include handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer, and web-based tutorials.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing security training, leveraging feedback tools and metrics to drive improvements and measure effectiveness.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.


Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in support of cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
  • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
  • Experience in planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on phishing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.
  • Experience and solid understanding of industry standards (NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO/IEC 27001) and regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, GCPs).
  • Ability to think strategically, innovatively, and execute effectively.
  • Proven experience in collaborating across various IT and business domains.


Preferred Qualifications Include:
  • CISM or CRISC preferred or willingness to achieve certification.
  • Experience working in a health authority regulated environment.
