The Opportunity

Regulatory Affairs Officer

We are currently looking for two Regulatory Affairs Officers to join our expanding team. In this role you will provide crucial support to the Regulatory Affairs team by engaging in a diverse range of responsibilities, including regulatory affairs, medical writing, quality control and administrative tasks.


What you’ll do

As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you’ll support the regulatory team in technical and administrative activities. Every day is different, but key responsibilities you can expect to accomplish include:

  • Write and review all types of variations, both simple and complex.
  • Conduct gap analysis reports for CMC dossiers.
  • Co-ordinate licensing and post-licensing procedures on behalf of clients, such as Clinical Trial Applications, National, Mutual Recognition and Centralised Applications under senior staff guidance.
  • Review updates to Summary of Product Characteristics and Patient Information Leaflets.
  • Write or review labelling texts for clients, including checking of mock-ups.
  • Provide assistance to write sections of regulatory dossiers for Mutual Recognition/ Decentralised procedures and Centralised procedures and co-coordinating those procedures through to approvals through EU.
  • Provide assistance to write Module 2 and Module 3 documents (as applicable).
  • Research activities to support regulatory strategy documents, horizon scanning activities.


About you

Regulatory Affairs Officer are pivotal to our clients’ and teams’ success. Qualified candidates must meet a set of criteria we deem essential for those interested in the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences or Pharmacy)
  • Some experience within regulatory affairs is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines is desirable.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and inclusive team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple tasks in balance, to work in a matrix environment and to an agreed schedule.
