MSI Pharma is a well-established recruitment firm specialising in the pharmaceutical industry. We have over a decade providing exceptional freelance and contract services and are now looking to further develop our offering with an experienced Contract Recruitment Delivery Consultant hire.

Responsibilities:

As a 180 Contract Recruitment Delivery Consultant specialising in the Pharmaceutical/ Life Sciences industry, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilising various channels to source and attract top talent within the Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Conducting thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to better serve client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 180 or 360 Recruitment Consultant, within the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, including industry trends and key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
