Sales Force Effectiveness Manager - Exciting opportunity working for an established pharmaceutical company as Sales Force Effectiveness Manager - Buckinghamshire

Role: Sales Force Effectiveness Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Package: Competitive salary dependent on experience, bonus, car allowance, pension, healthcare and additional benefits

Location: High Wycombe area. Office based

This is a great opportunity to join an established pharmaceutical company as a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, Operational Effectiveness and Business Development the position has two critical functions. Firstly, to deliver routine and ad hoc Key performance indicator reporting across all required therapy areas. Secondly, to manage all systems that deliver or measure field force effectiveness for assigned therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on regular KPI reporting for all assigned therapy areas
  • Reports/analyses for Field Force, Area Business Managers, Marketing, Finance and senior management as required combining data from multiple sources to provide rich insight
  • Manage implementation of sales force customer targets/segmentation
  • Administrate CRM systems (MIS & MOBI) for required therapy areas
  • Implement Field force incentive schemes for assigned therapy areas
  • Manage Dispensing Dr scheme
  • Constantly monitor processes and contribute to continuous improvement; ensure the execution of existing processes and support the implementation of new processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide training and ad hoc support to Sales Force and other users of Sales Force effectiveness tools to ensure adherence to processes and SOPs
  • Provide support to Marketing, Sales and senior management on ad hoc analyses as required

  • University degree (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence

The Person/Experience:

  • Experience of Sales Force effectiveness/Business Analytics in a similar pharmaceutical role
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Confident in use of other Microsoft office applications
  • Computer literate and able to learn new skills quickly
  • Familiar with common UK pharmaceutical data e.g. IQVIA, ePact etc
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau/Power BI
  • Knowledge of machine learning/Artificial Intelligence
  • Statistical expertise
  • Experience in administrating sales force incentive schemes
