Role Summary: Our client is seeking a Business Unit Director with extensive experience working at a senior level within medical affairs. The ideal candidate will be an “all rounder” with a successful track record of high-level strategic partnerships and business development, who can commandingly co-lead the business unit alongside the scientific counterpart. Commercial and financial awareness/forecasting experience is crucial.

The Client: The client is a medium-sized, privately owned agency. Their work predominantly covers medical affairs (as well as a small amount of publications), the majority of which spans global and European markets. They have a vibrant office space located in Central London, offering a fantastic hub for collaboration and team building

Location: London-Based (Hybrid)

Candidates must have: 

  •  10+ years in healthcare communications
  • Previous line and team management experience
  • Life science degree (PhD advantageous)
