Account Manager, Medical Communications
Location: Hybrid (London, Berkshire, or Nottingham
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + benefits
Focus: Events & Meetings

Albion Rye is partnered with an exceptional Medical Communications agency who are driven by creating industry-leading solutions for global pharma companies within the communications space. As part of a wider group, they have access to a vast array of resources that other agencies their size wouldn't have access to so if you want a boutique environment without it impacting resources, get in touch!

Due to a positive restructuring within the business, they are looking for an Account Manager to join and oversee a number of key workstreams predominately within the Events and meetings space, partnering with pharma companies on projects for stand-alone meetings, congresses, and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including but not limited to the financials, project oversight, and team leadership
  • Daily POC for clients, ensuring they are happy with the status and outcome of the projects
  • Relay the clients brief and vision back to the project teams
  • Mentor / manage junior members of the client services team
  • Attend client meetings and events on behalf of the business

Experience

  • 3+ years experience working within a Medical Communications agency
  • Experienced in being the lead POC for Clients, with track record of successful project delivery
  • Worked on projects within the Events & Meetings space
  • Previous Management or mentorship is a bonus
  • Able to get into the office 1 day a week minimum
