Location: Bangalore in hybrid model - Weekly 3 days in office

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain management and/or tracking reports as designated
  • Should be very strong in communication, word, visio, excel and powerpoint
  • Should be able to plan leader's visit bookings working with vendors, manage calendars, manage expense reimbursement
  • Should be able to use powerpoint creating presentations, prepare and update organization structure, etc
  • Should be able to support and facilitate team engagement events, track budget to actual spending
  • Take meeting minutes at meetings and when requested
  • Maintain management team schedules, and assist with routing of materials for assigned managers (when managers are out of the office)
  • Initiate meeting set-up (scheduling rooms, materials, etc.) and management on behalf of requesting manager
  • Produce accurate and professional correspondence for internal and external use
  • Produce Power Point Presentations for management staff
  • Faxing, filing, copying, shredding, compiling documents, and other miscellaneous duties as necessary
  • Maintain department work tracking logs, miscellaneous activities , and prepare routine metric updates
  • Manage staff invoices and various budgetary support documents as requested
  • Provide administrative support for the Leadership Team - India and Global Leadership Team
