As a Software Engineer at Icon plc. you will be a key contributor to our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Understanding: Collaborate with Product and Business teams to thoroughly understand project requirements.
- Low-Level Design: Create low-level designs and implement complex features, ensuring their successful integration within the team.
- Data Modeling: Develop efficient and performant data models that support feature development.
- Technical Solutions: Contribute technical solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team's work.
- Continuous Growth: Actively seek out technical or domain areas for growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
- Strong C# development experience, particularly in creating Service Oriented Architectures and Microservices.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- A fundamental understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, departments, and divisions.

- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, as well as code versioning philosophies like Git-Flow.
