Hobson Prior are looking for a Process Expert | Project Controller to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a contract part-time basis located in Pfaffenhofen. Our client is focused on constructing new production facility for highly potent antibody-drug conjugates.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

For this role, you will be responsible for reaching deadlines and cost management, recognising weak points and risks, as well as guaranteeing project viability.
Examine and handle both international and local project risks as well as developing efficient countermeasures.
Review and handle change requests in the project, analysing the impacts on costs and timelines.
Monitor the planning and implementation phases, guaranteeing targets are met and suggesting realistic countermeasures if required.
Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Expertise on commissioning procedures in the biotech sector.
Familiarity with working on bioconjugates would be beneficial.
An analytical individual with the ability to resolve issues, focusing on project risk and change management.
Works well in a team.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in both English and German.
