My client a global specialist in the provision of artwork solutions to the Pharmaceutical & Life Science Industries is currently looking to recruit a Dedicated Technical Customer Consultant to join their team in North Dublin.

    Permanent position Excellent flexibility – 4 days onsite a month after training period Option to join PRSA Income Protection
 

The Role:

 The Dedicated Customer Technical Consultant is responsible for being the lead key contact for a major blue chip GLAMS client to provide technical and consultative advice to the customer on how to ensure the continued best use of their GLAMS system.  

 

The Technical Consultant will work with a range of contacts, both at the customer and internally within the company, be confident in challenging the status quo and helping to lead the customer into making decisions on how they will best benefit from the company’s suite of products.

 

 

This is a key role to successfully develop and establish GLAMS into one of the company’s major customers.

The Dedicated Customer Technical Consultant will report to the Director of Client Services. 

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

    Develop and build strong long-lasting relationships with customer contacts and become the go-to person for advice and consultation on GLAMS.  Hold regular review and status meetings with key customer stakeholders, including business, technical and IT contacts.  Manage and own product roadmap for the customer.  Gather feedback from key contacts and end users on improvements to the product. Qualify, triage and filter feedback and add into and maintain a product backlog. 
 

Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:

    Degree in Business or IT or other relevant discipline. Minimum of 4 – 5 years relevant experience in a customer-facing role  Experience of SaaS software Experience in Artwork/Prepress/Print/Pharmaceutical environment desirable. Business and validation knowledge in regulated/Life Sciences industry desirable.
