About this job:

As a Market Access Manager, your primary mission is to define and drive the market access strategy for the assigned products. Collaborating with a multifunctional project group, you will evaluate medical and economic aspects, access scenarios (ATU, SMR/ASMR, pricing, target population, etc.), and integrate these into the market access strategy. Your role involves producing and submitting market access files to the French Health Authority (HAS) and the Economic Committee for Health Products (CEPS) within stringent quality and timeline standards. This includes preparing therapeutic interest notes (NIT), coordinating early dialogues with HAS, and managing interfaces with HAS/CEPS.

You'll also design financial models supporting market access strategies, analyse clinical studies in conjunction with the medical department, and be the liaison for France's needs within the EMEA teams, ensuring they are integrated into the European market access strategy. Monitoring scientific evaluation and economic regulation developments is crucial, and you will actively contribute to pricing reviews, propose corrective actions, and engage in relevant industry working groups.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a multifunctional project group within the subsidiary, evaluating medical, economic, and access scenarios for market access strategies.
  • Collaborate with the medical department to analyse clinical studies and identify data needs.
  • Establish and manage a payers committee to test market access strategies.
  • Produce and submit market access files to HAS and CEPS, including preparing therapeutic interest notes and managing interfaces with HAS/CEPS.
  • Communicate France's needs to key EMEA decision-makers and ensure their integration into the European market access strategy.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Transparency/Pricing/Reimbursement.
  • Expertise in economic and financial modelling.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulation mechanisms.
  • Fluent in English for regular interactions with European counterparts.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Market Access Strategies: Develop and implement market access strategies for assigned products, integrating medical, economic, and access scenarios.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance: Ensure market access files meet the quality and timeline standards for submission to HAS and CEPS.
  • Be able to design financial models to support negotiation scenarios with payers.
  • Scientific Evaluation Monitoring: Stay updated on scientific evaluation and economic regulation changes, propose corrective actions, and actively participate in industry working groups.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Lead and collaborate effectively within multifunctional teams, ensuring seamless integration of market access strategies.

Education:

  • Master's degree or equivalent

Additional information:

  • Permanent position.
  • That position follows our hybrid working model. This role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Levallois-Perret office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
