JOB SUMMARY

Collaborate with other technical leads, product managers and Engineers in delivering software solutions. Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs and meet high quality standards using best practices.

Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical Liaison, a bridge between the product and engineering teams, ensuring products are technically feasible, optimized, and aligned with architectural best practices.
  • Responsible for developing scalable products.
  • Perform system analysis and development tasks. Analyze functional business requirements and develop solutions, create technical specifications & unit test scripts.
  • Responsible for design, development, software integration, system configurations, testing, and documenting user’s needs.
  • Generate detailed documentation of the processes including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, test results.
  • Interpret technical challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Mentor team members in software engineering good practices. Build team members technical expertise in design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, & unit testing.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in an agile software development organization
  • Degree (BS/BA) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Perform system analysis and development tasks. Analyze functional business requirements and develop solutions, create technical specifications & unit test scripts.
  • Responsible for design, development, software integration, system configurations, testing, and documenting user’s needs.
  • Generate detailed documentation of the processes including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, test results.
  • Interpret technical challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Mentor team members in software engineering good practices. Build team members technical expertise in design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, & unit testing.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $72,600 to $145,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role
