Working hours: 40 hrs per week (9.30am - 6pm, but may vary as per business requirements)
Salary: £30,000 per Annum

Richmond Pharmacologyis a world renowned clinical trials organisation involved in the development of cutting edge new medicines.
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our Commercial Director. This is a busy role that will involve a wide range of tasks, including managing the Commercial Director's diary, arranging travel, handling confidential information, taking minutes, organising meetings, and providing ad-hoc administrative assistance in particular with the company’s CRM system. This role will be client facing so a professional appearance and approach is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Commercial Director's diary and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Commercial Director
- Handleconfidential phone calls, enquiries, and requests internally and externally
- Deal with all incoming emails, post, and correspondence
- Organiseand attend meetings (where required) and take minutes
- Manage monthly reports and paperwork for meetings
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Commercial Director
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, as strong excel background and use of CRM systems is necessary
- Attention to detail and accuracy
