Quality Assurance Manager - Logistics/Life Sciences (Freelance)

Our client, a leading company in the logistics and life sciences industry, is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a freelance contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to take on increased responsibility, utilize your expertise, and make a difference in the thriving life sciences sector.

With a global network covering over 220 countries and territories, our client, based in Flemish Brabant, is well-positioned to offer seamless connections and efficient transportation of life sciences products across the globe. Their dedicated team of experts possesses specialized knowledge and understanding of the specific requirements and regulations within the industry, ensuring that products are handled with utmost care and compliance.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of quality and regulatory compliance throughout the entire supply chain. You will be responsible for implementing and managing quality systems, overseeing audits, and ensuring that best practices and processes are in place. Your extensive experience in the pharma industry, coupled with your strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), will enable you to effectively contribute to the success of our client's operations.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits to safeguard high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in implementing quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within the pharma industry.
- Ideal candidates will have experience as a Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Strong knowledge of GDP or experience with QA on the distribution side.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, ideally also having French language skills.
- Part-time candidates are also welcome to apply.
