Job Title: Senior Consultant - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

We are a leading life sciences strategy consulting firm that partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive growth and improve patient outcomes. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Consultant to join our team.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading teams on complex projects that address the most critical issues facing our clients. You will leverage your extensive experience in life sciences management consulting to provide expert guidance and support to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead analyses, develop recommendations, and present findings to clients. You will be expected to bring intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to every engagement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including market entry strategy, clinical trial design, product launch planning, and organizational design. Moreover, our firm prides itself on delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients, leveraging our proprietary software in integrated evidence generation and outcomes-based contracting. This means you will be involved in developing and implementing these innovative approaches to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality strategic advice and support. You will collaborate with our technology teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that are tailored to our clients’ unique needs.
- Leading teams and guiding junior consultants in conducting primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights.
- Crafting frameworks and methodologies to facilitate critical engagement.
- Synthesizing data and insights into clear and concise recommendations.
- Creating and delivering high-quality client presentations and reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
- Contributing to the development of new methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, economics, engineering, or related field 6+ years of experience in life sciences management consulting, with a focus on medical affairs and/or market access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
