Job Description

• Ensure department, program and study level goals and objectives are consistently met to the highest standard of quality.
• Ensure Global Data Standards team deliverables consistently meet agreed upon timelines, quality standards and defined requirements.
• Implement effective tracking and reporting to monitor staff workload and optimize staff utilization.
• Assists with proposals and bid defenses to win new standards consulting projects
• May perform standards consulting tasks consistent with responsibilities of a Senior Principal Clinical Data Standards Consultant including the development of data collection standards content and participating in the standards governance process
• Provide technical and managerial leadership, including mentorship and training of direct reports.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately with the target of continuously developing team capabilities.
• Typically manage teams of staff up to Senior Principal Clinical Data Standards Consultants.

The ideal candidate would have advanced knowledge of both the CDASH and SDTM standards and of best practices in CRF design.
