Senior Director - FP&A

Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Director - FP&A for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Paris.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to outline the Group's financial tactical and optimise it's financial profitability.
• Cooperate with divisions leads, budget leads and their teams to develop medium term plans, budgets and predictions.
• Review, track and present KPIs across the scope and specifically for clinical studies, development and production plans.
• Recognise and suggest performance supervision and reporting solutions aligned with the requirements of the operational teams.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a management field within a business school, engineering or similar.
• Familiarity working within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• At least 10 years of work experience which involves 5-6 years of experience in controlling the management of R&D and clinical studies in a biotech.
• Expert on pharmaceutical and biotech R&D vocabulary as well as planning and the phases of clinical studies.
• Familiarity with long-term pharmaceutical marketing programs.
• Computer literacy.
• An agile individual in using various financial tools.
• Able to outline and set goals and outline priorities.
• Interpersonal capabilities.
• Deliberation skills.
• Capable of predicting the economic and financial consequences of day-to-day events.
• A curious individual with the ability to think critically.
• Ability to take smart risks and work well with others.
