Hobson Prior are partnering with a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation who are currently looking for an individual to join their team on a permanent basis. The opening position is for an International Distribution Coordinator. Our client is focused on impacting people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will manage the administration and investigation of supply and logistics complaints and drive improvements.
  • Arrange and process registration sample orders and shipments for ESM products to guarantee delivery in a timely manner.
  • Uphold and exhibit compliance with the regulations for all financial transactions carried out within this role and precisely measure and report KPI's where suitable.
  • Plan delivery of pharmaceutical products in compliance with global road, sea and air transport legislation.
  • Responsible for processing deliverables and invoices in SAP.
  • You will raise necessary shipping documentation and enable communication between an international network of external suppliers, the company sites, freight forwarders, customs and supply chain planner to guarantee delivery of products in a timely manner.
  • Assume responsibility for the customer invoice procedure and returns to suppliers and customers working with the supply chain coordinators and recognised and resolver any customer credit blocks.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in a supply chain or logistics or any other pertinent business discipline or corresponding work experience which will be taken into consideration.
  • Expertise on distribution, logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Can appreciate standards and data precision.
  • Solid system know-how and comprehension of order management, invoice management and distribution.
  • Acquaintance with SAP.
  • Past involvement with Veeva Vault QMS and SharePoint.
  • Computer literacy.
