Ausbildungsleiter - chemisch technischen Bereich / Training Manager - Chemical Laboratory

My client, a CRO based in North Bavaria, is searching for a German Speaking Training Manager for their Chem/analytical lab.

The ideal candidate has a background in chemistry but has the heart of a teacher - you thrive knowing your colleages are developing from sharing your expertise! 

Your Tasks 

• You are responisble for developing and leading of training of Lab Technicians (Biological/Chemical/Biochem) 
• Development of in-house training materials including structure and inplementation of training.
• Performance management and promotion 
• Cooperate with Lab Managers and other members of the Company.
• Creation of a positive learning environment for colleagues 
• Cooperation with partners for external training,
• Cooperation with legal compliance (eg. occupational safety)

Your Profile 

• Degree completed in Chemistry or related feild (CTA, MSC is great).
• 5 years Laboratory & Instructor experience inclusive 
• Certified Instructor / Trainer 
• Positive, communicative, proactve individual who is motivated to help others develop in their careers.
• Expertise in analytical technologies (HPLC, LCMS) or oligos would be advantagous.

Essentials 

• German Lanugauge skills 
• Onsite in Kulmbach, North Bavaria.
• Certified Instructor / Trainer
