Health and Safety Coordinator - Leuven, Develop fast

Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and welfare of others? Do you have a level 1 preventive advisor diploma and exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English? Our client is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to join their team in Leuven on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:

• Develop and follow prevention plans
• Identify, evaluate and report possible risks
• Advise on specialist areas including fire regulations, hazardous substances, and safeguarding machinery
• Analyze work accidents and propose measures to reduce their number
• Follow safety requirements and compliance during projects
• Organize trainings for employees on health, safety, and security related topics
• Provide insight and guidance for purchasing to ensure safety and ergonomics are prioritized

Requirements:

• Level 1 preventive advisor diploma
• Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English
• Responsible and flexible attitude
• Experience working in a matrix team environment
• Ability to analyze processes and data for process improvements
