Principle Medical Writer

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Principle Medical Writer to join a brilliant consultancy on a permanent basis located in London with the ability to work remotely. Our client is focused on developing, synthesising and presenting evidence to assist with market access.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle your own workload, as well as plan project deliverables and timeline.
• Collaborate with junior writers to deliver high-quality HTA proposals and value communication resources in budget and in a timely manner.
• Guarantee all client deliverables and internal documents are of a high-quality through proofreading and editing own and other's work.
• Work alongside project managers, and health economics, systematic evaluation and statistics teams to distribute high-quality evidence-based solutions to clients.
• Discuss in a clear and concise manner with co-workers across the technical teams.
• Assume ownership of initiatives that facilitate the efficiency of running the writing team.
• May be responsible for line managing at least up to 5 associate medical writers/medical writers.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Communication skills both verbally and in writing,
• Familiarity working in a consultancy setting handling HTA and value communication authoring.
• Expertise on the NICE HTA proposal procedure.
• Demonstrated skill in drafting and finalising proposal documents to at least 7 HTA bodies which involves NICE and SMC.
• Prior involvement in drafting value communication materials, which involves international value reports, value stories, and infographics.
