Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Research Leader for a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Brussels. Our client is focused on generating healthier communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist with the development and implementation of investigator agreements and trial payments.
  • Accountable for clinical data evaluation to prepare data for statistical analysis and publications.
  • You might need to conduct supervising actions which involve site qualification visits, site initiation visits, interim monitoring visits or close-out visits based on study requirements.
  • For this role, you will handle/supervise ordering, tracking and responsibility of investigational devices and trial resources.
  • Responsible for interfacing, cooperating and monitoring clinical research associates.
  • As the Clinical Research Leader, you might offer on-site procedural protocol compliance and data gathering assistance to the clinical trial sites.
  • Partake in the crucial examination of the literature as well as to the comprehensions and disseminations of all evidence produced.
  • Assist with planning, tracking and handling allocated project budgets to guarantee adherence to business plans.
  • The ideal candidate might serve as a clinical representative on a new product development team.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Able to present self in an ethical and professional manner.

  • Capable of handling various projects simultaneously.
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a life science, physical science, nursing, or biological science field.
  • Educated to a BS degree level with at least 6 years of pertinent work experience; Educated to a MS degree level with at least 5 years of pertinent work experience or educated to a PhD degree level with at least 3 years of pertinent work experience.
  • Familiarity within clinical research or similar.
  • Acquaintance working well with cross-functional teams.
  • Pertinent industry certifications would be ideal, such as CCRA, CCRC, CCRP, RAC, CDE, GCP, ISO 14155, MDR, MEDDEV, etc.
  • A background with clinical/medical significance.
  • Prior involvement working within medical device.
  • Comprehension of clinical research science and procedures as well as the comprehension of product development procedures, team dynamics, linked to the healthcare market setting, clinical trends and international clinical trial guidelines.
  • Capable of offering scientifically methodical and scientific clinical research contributions across new product development and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clinical projects in a clinical/surgical research environment, in budget, in compliance to SOPs and guidelines all in a timely manner.
  • Fluency in the English language.
