Principal Statistical Programmer - Homebased - Top CRO - FSP

A highly esteemed international CRO, recognised for its numerous accolades as a Best Employer, is actively searching for a talented Principal Statistical Programmer to join their expanding and vibrant team. This exciting position offers the flexibility of remote work and can be based in the UK or any location within Europe.

As the Principal Statistical Programmer, your primary responsibility will be to lead multiple studies. You will be involved in efficient resource planning, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure that project timelines and quality objectives are consistently met.

In addition, this role requires interacting directly with clients, making it a client-facing position. You will actively foster long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

  • Take the lead in managing and executing programming deliverables, ensuring effective handling of competing priorities
  • Assume the role of Programming Lead for a complete program of studies in small to moderate-sized projects
  • Strategize and implement resource planning, task allocation, and workload tracking
  • Demonstrate client-facing capabilities by anticipating client needs and implementing creative solutions



What you will bring:

  • Possess extensive and proven experience in effectively leading multiple projects simultaneously, including Phase II and/or Phase III studies
  • Display client-facing skills by accurately anticipating client needs and implementing innovative solutions
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through proficient project management and communication
  • Specialize in working within the fields of Oncology or Immunology
